3. Application and Approval Process

3.1 Application

To qualify for our free website service, you must submit a completed application through our website. We review applications on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

3.2 Approval Criteria

We reserve the right to approve or decline applications based on:

• Business legitimacy and legality
• Project scope and feasibility
• Current capacity (limited to 50 builds per month)
• Compliance with our acceptable use policy

3.3 No Guarantee of Acceptance

4. Client Responsibilities

However, if you do not use our recommended hosting partner, we reserve the right to charge a standard fee for our website development services.

4.3 Content Provision

You are responsible for providing all necessary content, including:

• Images and media (if specific images are required)
• Text content and descriptions
• Branding materials (logos, color preferences)

4.4 Timely Response

You agree to respond to our communications within 7 days. Failure to respond may result in project cancellation.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon completion and delivery, you own all rights to the finished website, including design, code, and content (excluding third-party elements).

5.2 Third-Party Elements

Websites may include third-party elements such as:

• Stock images and fonts

5.3 Portfolio Use

You grant us the right to display your website in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

You may terminate the project at any time before final delivery. If you have not yet purchased hosting through our affiliate link, we may charge standard development fees for work completed.

10.2 Termination by My Free Business Website

We may terminate the project if:

• You violate these Terms
• You fail to respond within 7 days
• You provide false or misleading information
• The project scope significantly exceeds initial estimates

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold My Free Business Website harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your website content
• Your business activities
• Infringement of third-party rights

12. Governing Law
